Once you have spoken to one of our advisors and decided which Seat you wish to purchase then it's quite simple:
24/48 hours prior to delivery we will call you to take full payment of your vehicle. If you are having your new Seat delivered, we will give you the contact name and number of the driver and an estimated time of arrival. If you are collecting your new Seat from us then let us know how you are travelling to us and we will be happy to meet you and bring you to our delivery centre.
On delivery/collection of your vehicle your driver will do a full hand over. From this point on, the car is yours! However, if you have any other questions, your personal advisor will still be available to help you.
Yes! We offer part exchange deals on all of our cars. When speaking to your personal advisor, simply give them all the details of your current car, and they can work out a trade-in price against your new car. If we are delivering your new Seat to you, we'll arrange to take away your old vehicle at this point. You will be asked to complete a declaration document, detailing an accurate description of your car - this information allows us to give you a true valuation for your old car.
When we take possession of your current car we will compare the car's condition to your declaration. It is imperative that you are open and honest about its condition when completing the part exchange paperwork.
Yes! We have a range of finance packages available to suit all circumstances. Depending on the Seat you want, and whether you have a car to exchange, your personal advisor can suggest a variety of competitive finance packages. We offer finance on, brand new ,nearly new cars and used cars.
Because we are selling online and over the phone, we conform to a very strict set of legal guidelines (viewable here). If you are not happy with your new Seat, your first point of contact should be your personal advisor.
