How to buy a car from Direct Seat

How do I buy direct from Seat?
It's easy! You can search our site to find your ideal Seat by using the search options on the left. Once you have found the car you want, simply contact us online or call us on 0844 371 1485
Our advisors are on hand to assist you through the purchase process of buying your new Seat direct and we'll ensure that the person you speak to at the start, takes you through the whole process. If you can't see your ideal Seat on the site, get in touch, and we'll do our very best to find the perfect car for you!
Once you have spoken to one of our advisors and decided which Seat you wish to purchase then it's quite simple:
- We require a £200 deposit to secure the Seat of your choice. This can be paid by either a debit card or credit card (a larger deposit may be required on factory order vehicles).
- Your order will be processed and a paper copy mailed to you within 24 hours of paying your deposit.
- Once you have received your paperwork and are happy with everything you simply sign it and return a copy to us. At this stage, your personal advisor will be on hand to answer any questions or go through any parts you may not understand.
- Once we receive your signed paperwork, we will organise a delivery date with you if your vehicle is in stock. If the vehicle is not stock, we will keep you updated at all times as to where your vehicle is and when you can expect it.
How do I get my car?
24/48 hours prior to delivery we will call you to take full payment of your vehicle. If you are having your new Seat delivered, we will give you the contact name and number of the driver and an estimated time of arrival. If you are collecting your new Seat from us then let us know how you are travelling to us and we will be happy to meet you and bring you to our delivery centre.
On delivery/collection of your vehicle your driver will do a full hand over. From this point on, the car is yours! However, if you have any other questions, your personal advisor will still be available to help you.
What about my current car? Do you offer a Part Exchange?
Yes! We offer part exchange deals on all of our cars. When speaking to your personal advisor, simply give them all the details of your current car, and they can work out a trade-in price against your new car. If we are delivering your new Seat to you, we'll arrange to take away your old vehicle at this point. You will be asked to complete a declaration document, detailing an accurate description of your car - this information allows us to give you a true valuation for your old car.
When we take possession of your current car we will compare the car's condition to your declaration. It is imperative that you are open and honest about its condition when completing the part exchange paperwork.
Do you offer finance?
Yes! We have a range of finance packages available to suit all circumstances. Depending on the Seat you want, and whether you have a car to exchange, your personal advisor can suggest a variety of competitive finance packages. We offer finance on, brand new ,nearly new cars and used cars.
What if I'm not happy with the car when I receive it?
Because we are selling online and over the phone, we conform to a very strict set of legal guidelines (viewable here). If you are not happy with your new Seat, your first point of contact should be your personal advisor.
Why should I not just go to my local Seat approved local dealer?

source our brand new Seats direct from the manufacturer.

What is included when you buy a car direct from Seat?
If you are buying a brand new Seat from Buydirect, we can offer:

If you are looking to add optional extras and accessories to your car, we can organise this for you.
For brand new cars, this may mean specification has to be changed at the Seat factory, meaning you may have to wait longer for your new Seat. For nearly new cars contact us for a list of extras we can offer you (Please note that the addition of extras will affect the final price).
